We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Emergency Room to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the emergency department.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse.
- Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse, or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
