Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist to join our team at InterSources. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough security risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that our organization's security practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and develop policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Security Auditing: Conduct regular security audits to ensure that our security controls are effective and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure that our organization is prepared to respond to security incidents.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, and collaborate with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our business.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in information security and risk management, with a strong background in security assessment and audit.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, and experience with security assessment and audit tools and techniques.
  • Certifications: CISA, CISSP, or CISM certification is preferred.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills.
