We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will work in MedSurg- Cardiac Telemetry, providing care to patients with cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized patient care, assessing patient needs and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
