Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Implement and Evaluate Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses. Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN License: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS Certification: BLS certification is required.
- Experience: Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
