Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive menu development, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including food costs, labor costs, and sales data
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
