Role Description

We are seeking a strong writer and researcher to advise, represent, and argue on behalf of our diverse group of clients in various courts. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil appellate matters, insurance coverage, or commercial litigation and be licensed to practice in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess liability, loss, and damages
  • Manage client reporting, billing, budgeting, and case management requirements
  • Draft and respond to discovery, including depositions and court documents
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service and support

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
  • Civil litigation/insurance defense experience preferred
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
