Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil appellate matters, insurance coverage, or commercial litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceptional research, writing, and briefing skills, as well as case assessment for liability, loss, and damages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Manage client reporting, billing, budgeting, and case management requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
  • Civil litigation/insurance defense experience preferred
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
