Signal Maintenance Specialist

As a Maintenance Technician with the Texas State Government, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your duties will include inventorying warehouse and storage areas to determine supply availability, moving furniture and supplies, and transporting files to and from the facility. You will also be responsible for maintaining security and ensuring the safe disposal of files. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory warehouse and storage areas to determine supply availability
- Move furniture, file cabinets, and other supplies as needed
- Transport boxes of files to and from the facility
- Maintain security and ensure the safe disposal of files
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturer's specifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time.
