Job Summary

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supervision, and training to ensure quality and cost-effective integrated services across designated regions. This role requires developing and monitoring clinical programs emphasizing trauma-informed treatment and implementing strategies in coordination with the operations team to meet clinical goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and monitors clinical programs emphasizing trauma-informed treatment
  • Implements strategies in coordination with the operations team to meet clinical goals
  • Facilitates communication with regional leadership about clinical training needs, policy changes, and clinical programming updates
  • Provides and arranges additional clinical training and mentoring for staff performance and growth, fostering a positive work environment
  • Works together with medical practitioners to coordinate care, recommend clinical interventions, and support practitioners in addressing care coordination challenges
  • Engages in practice marketing, community outreach, and networking to build referral sources and enhance CBI's community presence
  • Ensures best practices, assists in policy development, and implements processes for patient care coordination and quality improvement activities
  • Works with leadership to improve clinic and individual performance metrics, reporting on trends and developing improvement plans for staff
  • Provides direct patient services when needed, serves as backup for clinic staff, and manages clinical on-call rotations
  • Engages in educational programs to enhance management and leadership skills, staying proficient in clinical requirements and practice management
