Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Cost Controls Specialist in managing General Contractor pay applications.
  • Maintain the Document Control of the Accounting Filing System.
  • Comprehend relevant processes and procedures.
  • Organize project documentation efficiently.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable filing system.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and cost control software to monitor project design phases and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Employ Excel for handling invoices, billing, and contract pay applications.
  • Use PowerPoint to refresh monthly reports based on established templates.
  • Exhibit strong technological skills and receive training on project-related tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers to assist in meeting project deadlines.

  • Internship project experience is highly valued.
