Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement analysis procedures, programs, and projects to improve processes and achieve company goals
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and evaluate performance to target
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility improvement initiatives and align with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support process improvements and monitor progress of identified site-level improvement projects
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary
  • Present manufacturing progress and status reports to support the improvement model
  • Develop and create visual reports and charts using Excel, manage meetings and communication, and support safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives
  • Support the implementation of lean strategies to improve margin, product delivery performance, and reduce process variation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or 4+ years of applicable experience
  • 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement role in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced computer skills relevant for data management, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Minitab, Tableau, Pivot Tables applications is a plus
  • Strong cross-collaboration and team-building skills with a passion to develop and coach team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
