We are seeking a highly experienced Neonatologist to join our team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be active in our commitment to clinical excellence and continued quality improvement.

Our Level III Community NICU provides high-quality care for infants as early as 22 weeks GA with an ADC of 18 and approximately 500 admissions per year. We offer advanced ventilation options, including Percussionaire, conventional ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and Therapeutic hypothermia. Our support staff includes MFM, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Pediatric Neurology specialists.

Our transport team is highly experienced and staffed by RNs and RTs, with approximately 100 inbound transports per year. We serve as a referral hospital for 9 counties within Southern Oregon and Northern California. Teaching opportunities are available with OHSU Family Practice residents, as well as quality improvement projects. We participate in quality collaboratives with VON, Oregon Neonatal-Perinatal Network, and Northwest Neonatal Improvement Priority Alliance (NWIPA).
