We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food to order, following recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality products are served to our members.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our members, adhering to company standards and guidelines for food safety and sanitation.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification, is preferred.
