Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our members, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
