Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and interview prospective employees

  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Address the needs of our clients and temporary staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in light industrial recruiting, customer service, or warehousing is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year
  • Familiarity with labor and employment regulations
  • Ability to establish rapport with all team members
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential to effectively support our workforce
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary
  • Ability to perform job duties with minimal oversight

The ideal candidate is focused, driven, a team player, personable, and eager to grow with us. The current reporting location is at our client site as we expand. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
