Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist - X-ray

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our team at UW Health. As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of imaging exams on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging exams on patients of all ages using various radiographic equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system
  • Participate in QA and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs
  • Make quick and highly technical decisions to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum - Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) and valid Wisconsin Radiological License
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in relevant field and two (2) years clinical experience
