Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.Position patients to optimize image quality, while ensuring their comfort and safety.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiographic procedures and protocols.Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.Stay up-to-date with the latest radiographic technologies and techniques.Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure high-quality imaging services.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures, including radiation safety and infection control protocols.Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred Qualifications:

One year of experience in diagnostic imaging or a related field.Knowledge of radiographic equipment and technologies.Experience with electronic medical records and radiology information systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
