**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and nursing facility.

**Responsibilities:**

* Utilize nursing judgment and knowledge of gerontological nursing to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement physician orders and provide patient care services.

* Develop and maintain a safe and effective environment for patients, families, and staff.

* Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones.

* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care services.

**Requirements:**

* Current NYS RN licensure

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
