LPN Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team at Mass General Brigham. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and expediting clinical operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.
The LPN Lead will work closely with the Nurse Manager and other members of the clinical leadership team to develop and implement clinical workflows and pathways that promote coordination of care. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining staffing schedules
- Receiving staff tardy/out calls and reassigning staff as necessary
- Serving as a clinical backup in the event of a staffing need
- Organizing and assigning duties to clinical team members
- Oversight of medication inventory, expirations, and ordering
- Collaborating with inventory controller/CPD staff to ensure availability of supplies, instruments, and scopes
- Assuring compliance with JCAHO regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Recent experience in the ambulatory setting as an LPN
- Demonstrated experience in specialty-specific clinical practices, workflows, and operations
- Leadership experience preferred
