Soliant is in search of a committed and skilled Inclusive Education Specialist to become a vital part of our educational team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to delivering exceptional educational experiences and support for students with varied learning requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Deliver direct teaching and assistance to students in both integrated and specialized classroom settings.
- Work collaboratively with general education instructors, support personnel, and families to promote student achievement.
- Evaluate and track student development, modifying teaching methods as necessary.
- Establish a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning.
- Engage in IEP discussions, parent meetings, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
- Keep precise and comprehensive records of student progress and conduct.
