Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing real-time, high-throughput systems with an uptime SLA of 99.9% or greater.
  • Proficiency in Golang, or alternatively, strong skills in Python and C++ if direct experience with Go is lacking.
  • Background in constructing asynchronous task queues, pub-sub systems, websockets, and similar technologies.
  • Expertise in database scalability and systems-level performance enhancements, including but not limited to horizontal and vertical sharding, multithreading, load balancing, and caching strategies.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, particularly within AWS environments, including Terraform configuration, Docker orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • A problem-solving mindset that prioritizes solutions and product outcomes over mere coding or technology-driven approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

Interest or previous experience in the finance sector, encompassing areas such as trading, quantitative research, banking, brokerage, or cryptocurrency exchanges.

Work Environment:
