We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at WellSpan Health Services. As a key member of our phlebotomy department, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and processing specimens, ensuring proper specimen handling and identification.

• Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using established protocols and techniques
• Process specimens in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to laboratory policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen results
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on industry developments and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Assisting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
