Culinary Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items following established recipes.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained to required standards.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness in accordance with state sanitation regulations.
• Complete all assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in Food Service is required, with a strong preference for cooking experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Handler Certifications (obtained within the last 12 months). If not certified, certification must be achieved within 30 days of employment.
