Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at NCW. As a key member of our construction staffing services, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project specifications and develop comprehensive bid strategies
  • Collaborate with clients to define subcontractor requirements and coordinate bid solicitations
  • Establish and maintain bid summaries and spreadsheets, pricing self-performed and subcontracted work
  • Improve subcontractor relationships and track Value Analysis items
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of estimates

Requirements:

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a commercial construction estimator, handling projects over $15 million
  • Familiarity with standard construction practices, procedures, and technology
  • Creativity, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Timberline, OST, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience obtaining sub-coverage, self-performance of concrete and carpentry, and training estimators
