This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories. You will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to presentation and close business.

The job responsibilities include generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, identifying customer needs, and presenting and closing deals. You will also work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participate in training opportunities on products and services, and attend sales meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as effective presentation and closing skills. Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations is also preferred.

Our estimated salary for this role is $85,900 - $143,100 per year, based on national averages and market data.
