Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and positive support to all levels of teammates, including executive leaders.
  • Respond to issues with a sense of urgency and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Navigate ambiguity and work well under pressure to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Take ownership of tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and operate independently when needed.
  • Travel locally (up to 50 miles) for technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Knowledge of information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems in straightforward situations.
  • Experience participating in IT projects and communicating complex information in straightforward situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Banking or financial services experience.
  • Experience with conferencing and meeting connectivity using multiple platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
  • Experience with video endpoints, audio visual production, and A/V equipment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with mobile devices and software applications.
