Internship Details

This is a paid internship designed for a 12-week period. A sign-on bonus may be available for candidates relocating from different areas.

Your Contributions

In this role, you will:
  • Plan and execute various equipment projects aimed at launching new products, enhancing production capacity, or reducing production costs.
  • Assist in analyzing and implementing improvements in production line efficiency and sustainability, focusing on increasing output while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
  • Participate in plant visits to gather critical equipment data, performance metrics, and layout information.
  • Contribute to the development of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and support equipment design initiatives to enhance production capabilities and product quality.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must:
  • Be a Sophomore, Junior, or non-graduating Senior enrolled in an Engineering bachelor's program such as Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biosystems, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit a capacity for rapid learning, particularly in technical contexts.
  • Show effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
