About the Role
As an Engineering Trainee, you will be part of a collaborative team that thrives on challenges and innovation. You will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of various equipment projects aimed at launching new products, enhancing production capacity, or optimizing production costs.
• Engage in the analysis and implementation of strategies to improve production line efficiency and sustainability, thereby reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact.
• Participate in site visits to production facilities to gather essential equipment data, performance metrics, and layout information.
• Assist in the development of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and support equipment design initiatives to enhance production capabilities and product quality.

What We Are Looking For
We seek candidates who are currently pursuing a degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Biosystems, Computer, or Electrical Engineering. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Creative and practical problem-solving abilities.
• A quick learning aptitude, especially with technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
