Finance Internship Program

Regal Rexnord's Finance Internship Program provides college students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management. As a finance intern, you will work closely with our accounting and financial staff to develop your technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand the cost structure of our products
  • Evaluate and report on all aspects of the business, including profit & loss and working capital
  • Analyze volume-adjusted performance against plan, forecast, and prior year
  • Understand root cause and prioritize manufacturing and purchasing variances
  • Provide accurate and timely actuals
  • Work with manufacturing engineers to ensure the validity of Bills of Materials
  • Establish best practices in balance sheet reconciliations, general ledgers, and accounts receivable and accounts payable
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates
