We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team in North Carolina.
Job SummaryThis is a locum tenens opportunity for a Medical Oncologist to work in a busy Hematology and Oncology clinic, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with various types of cancer, including hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and medical history.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as radiologists, pathologists, and surgeons, to ensure comprehensive care.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid medical license in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification in Medical Oncology.
- Experience working in an oncology setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $ 150,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and access to our online portal for assignment details and time entry. Our company is a charter member of NALTO and offers 24-hour access to your consultant.
