About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire in North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a group of clinicians and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description

The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient practice, including supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and ensuring high-quality patient care. They will also be involved in strategic planning, business development, and community outreach.

Benefits

This is a full-time employment opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits packages. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area. In addition to a base salary, the Medical Director will also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Requirements
  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Licenses to practice medicine in North Carolina
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role or as a psychiatrist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
