Job Description

Denise Szigeti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a Culture of Excellence: Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales and Goal-Oriented: Proven sales and goal-oriented skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift up to 40 pounds without assistance, and perform other physical tasks customary to a retail environment.
