We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Village at Mercy Creek, a vibrant senior living community in Normal, IL. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Serve food and handle food in accordance with sanitation regulations
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and prep kitchen
- Reset the dining room and maintain a safe and organized environment
- Handle trays, equipment, tableware, and linens with care and attention to detail
- Treat residents with dignity and respect, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous food service experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work well with the senior population
