Job SummaryWe are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team, responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychotherapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including biopsychosocial assessments and individualized goals
- Collaborate with treatment teams to implement treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Complete clinical paperwork, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field
- Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
- Experience with individual/family therapy preferred

CompensationThe starting compensation range for the Primary Therapist role is $72,000-$80,500, commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
