Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. As a Primary Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate patient care
  • Complete clinical paperwork and documentation
  • Attend treatment team meetings and rounds
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field
  • Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
  • Experience with individual/family therapy preferred
