Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced litigation legal assistant to provide support to our attorneys in our Philadelphia office. The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical and administrative assistance in our litigation department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document production and revision
  • Maintaining and processing case information
  • Managing electronic court filings
  • Managing internal filing of pleadings and correspondence in complex litigation
  • Managing schedules and assisting with cases in several jurisdictions

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and client service skills
