Job Title: Clinical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Technician to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and relaying relevant information on payment policies and billing/collection processes.
  • Work as part of the overall team to answer telephone calls, take messages, and return voicemails in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prepare patient charts by virtual patient communication, generally phone or video conferencing.
  • Assist with patient follow-ups, including but not limited to: pharmacy requests, patient paperwork, scheduling, and clinical calls with patients or other facilities.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent with a current CPR license.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred.
  • License must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
