About our team at Seagate Technology:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our development and process architecture team in Longmont, Colorado. As a test process engineering intern, you will work closely with our experienced mentors to design and implement software and firmware test process solutions for our best-in-class Cloud hard disk drives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing software and firmware test process solutions for the newest technologies in hard drive manufacturing.
  • Incorporating these solutions into the early phase of product development cycle by performing integration, testing, failure analysis and resolution, and drive performance characterization.
  • Collaborating with other design engineering functions to deliver successful cross-functional designs.

About you:

  • You should have hands-on experience with software and firmware debugging, with a proven ability to identify failure root cause and drive corrective action.
  • You should possess excellent communication and technical leadership skills, with the ability to conceive and develop solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • You should be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science, with a return to classes in Fall 2025.
