Automotive Financial Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Financial Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks, including reconciling daily deposits, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining accounting schedules.

About the Role:

• Reconcile and post daily deposits to the general ledger
• Process accounts payable on the 10th of each month
• Generate monthly statements and process payments for accounts receivable
• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Provide receptionist support, including answering phones
• Post service records, parts invoices, warranties, and internal transactions
• Familiarity with title work and registration processes is beneficial
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, including light filing
• Process dealer trades as needed
• Manage wholesale operations
• Maintain vendor W-9 files
• Assist with stocking new and used vehicles
• Process bi-weekly and monthly ADP payroll
• Prepare new hire packets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive accounting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
