We are currently seeking a Parts Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this capacity, you will oversee all aspects of nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximize revenue through effective account management. Work Environment:
This role is designated as remote, with responsibilities performed from your location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets; manage product mix and pricing strategies to meet margin objectives and expand market share within your designated territory.
- Develop and implement a tailored business strategy for each account to establish a mutually beneficial and profitable partnership.
- Forge connections with utilities, builders, and industry organizations to enhance market penetration in the light commercial sector.
- Identify client needs and challenges, creating a proactive action plan to address them effectively.
- Travel to client sites is required, which may involve outdoor conditions and work in mechanical or equipment areas. Site visits may expose you to varying weather, moving machinery, heights, and other environmental factors.
- Daily travel within your territory is expected, with occasional overnight trips throughout the year.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in Business Development and Sales, preferably in the HVAC or related sectors.
- Familiarity with HVAC products/parts and systems applications is advantageous. Experience with CRM/Salesforce is preferred.
- A valid driver's license for at least 12 months, with no significant or frequent traffic violations.
Compensation:
Starting from $65,000 and up, based on experience, with an additional monthly incentive plan of 43%.
