Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble trusses according to specifications using various materials such as wood, steel, and aluminum.
• Cut and prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accurate measurements and minimal waste.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in carpentry or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
