We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Suburban Plumbing Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
About the Position
You will work collaboratively with construction teams to ensure plumbing installation aligns with building plans. You will also inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems, test plumbing systems for leaks, and ensure proper functioning. Additionally, you will operate and maintain plumbing equipment and tools, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing installation aligns with building plans.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Operate and maintain plumbing equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Journeyman Plumber license, 2+ years of experience as a Plumber, a solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, physical stamina, and a clean driving record. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
