Job Title: Beauty Advisor

At L'Occitane En Provence, we are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and assist customers with their choices.
  • Support store operations, including ringing, wrapping, restocking, and cleaning.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of work experience in retail sales.
  • Skincare experience and knowledge of products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
