About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to manage the install base of medical imaging systems in Boston, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure top-notch service delivery and customer satisfaction in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues on Diagnostic X-Ray and Ultrasound equipment in medical settings.
  • Ensure new equipment meets performance standards before deployment.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance, manage parts inventory, and perform repairs.
  • Complete required training and certification exams to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Manage customer issues independently from identification through resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of service orders, PM schedules, and parts inventory.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience with medical equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, computer networking proficiency, and MS Office skills.
