Position Overview:

  • Participate in the development and management of project requirements.

  • Lead formal decision-making processes and trade studies to inform design methodologies.

  • Support vehicle-level Systems Engineering activities and program evaluations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of pertinent experience.
  • Expertise in the DOORS requirements management tool.
  • Experience in systems engineering, including requirements analysis, derivation, and allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to conduct intricate trade studies.
  • Ability to produce System/Subsystem Design Descriptions (SSDDs) aligned with program specifications.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering, complemented by a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with military vehicle systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML methodology.
  • Understanding of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Certification as a Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) is a plus.
