Cashier Trainer

Vallarta Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Cashier Trainer to join our team. As a Cashier Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new and existing cashiers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and operate efficiently in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance cashier skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate cashier performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve results.
• Collaborate with store directors to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize cashier operations.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring cashiers are aware of and adhere to them.
• Communicate effectively with cashiers, store directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 6 months of cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store.

Language:

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
