Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Pennsylvania Distribution Center (PADC) Human Resources and Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the PADC Human Resources and Operations Team, including running reports, organizing data, ordering supplies, invoicing, coordinating events, and general office support.
  • Track and review employee total hours worked under various labor codes to ensure accuracy and run reports as needed.
  • Track and receive invoices, review purchase orders, prepare payment for vendors, and reconcile discrepancies as they arise.
  • Communicate important business updates with employees via text message application and PowerPoint presentation via DC monitors.
  • Partner with external vendors for facility repairs and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and facility landlord.
  • Partner with DC Safety Supervisor on DC safety initiatives and organize DC engagement events and team bonding activities.
  • Review and import safety data sheets (SDS) to 3E system.
  • Provide general support 90% to DC Operations and 10% to Human Resources.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
