Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and respond to the needs of the community across various regions and facilities, offering strategies and innovative ideas to support their growth.
- Oversee the implementation of community initiatives, ensuring effective vendor management and providing hands-on leadership for specific programs.
- Strengthen community engagement, leadership initiatives, and patient involvement.
- Manage program tracking, budgets, and projects, delivering insights and analyses regarding program status, evaluations, and enhancements.
- Assist the organization and its leaders in developing, executing, and evaluating community programs for patients, staff, and the broader community, including sponsorships and events.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience of 2-3 years with a high school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Excel.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
