Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to expand our book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' requirements, leveraging expertise in insurance products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business reach through targeted networking techniques and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant insurance standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
