  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, performing regular checks to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, basic computer applications, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push or pull between 35lbs – 50lbs and comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the store for extended periods.
  • Certifications: Ability to pass a federal background check.
